As part of the Kindernauts entry mechanic, parents are asked to submit photos of their children enjoying our Kindernauts activities. These images are uploaded to, and stored in an encrypted format to a user’s private gallery. Only parents’ will be able to access the photos they have submitted. A parent has the ability to share their images to their social media channels should they choose to share their image with friends and family. Ferrero take the necessary precautions to encrypt our databases to protect all image submissions and will never share images with any third parties.
The security of your PII is very important to us. We have put in place reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect. However, due to the inherent open nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and us or information stored on a Site or our servers will be completely free from unauthorized access by third parties, such as hackers.
